Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht per night.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge, 7% VAT.
- A 50% deposit is required for guarantee of bookings.
- Deposit can be collected via Credit Card, bank transfer or PayPal.
- Daily breakfast in Poolside Restaurant is included.
- Complimentary private round trip Airport Transfers.
- Please note that children age 12 and older are considered as adult. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
- For Extra Bed at Baht 1,000 subject to 10% service charge, 7% VAT.
- Baby cot provided free of charge.

Cancellations
Low & High Season
If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 10% and credit card charges (3.5%) when applicable. For cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. In case of early check out, the night of the check out date will be charged, payable directly to the hotel upon departure.
Christmas and New Year Periods
50% deposit is required at time of reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. In case of cancellation within 30 to 14 days of arrival 50% of the entire stay will be forfeited together with applicable government taxes. In case of cancellation within 14 days of arrival 100% of the stay will be forfeited together with applicable Government taxes.
Note: for all cancellations the penalty policy will be applied according to the earliest date confirmed in the reservation (not the payment date of the deposit).
