- Check-in time is from 1400hrs., on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. For guaranteed early check-in before 14:00 hrs., the daily room rate will be applied.
- Check-out 1200hrs., on the day departure. For guarantee late check-out after 12:00 hrs., the daily room rate will be applied, subject to room availability.
- Early check out – Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the resort at least 72hours prior to arrival.
- The rooms will be released by 18:00 hrs., on the day of arrival if the hotel has not been notified of “Late Arrival” and if a guarantee of payment has not been made.

- Compulsory Christmas brunch on the day of December 25, adult at THB 6,000, a child at THB 3,000 per person.
- Effective 20 December 2009 to 10 January 2010, inclusive 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and the following 50% is due 30 days prior to the guest arrival. Should a reservation be cancelled within 30 to 14 days of arrival 50% of the entire stay will be charged together with applicable government taxes. Should a reservation be cancelled within 14 days of arrival 100% of the stay will be charged together with applicable Government taxes.

- Cancellation Policy: In the event of late notification, a cancellation charge will be applied. Cancellation made later than 7 days prior to arrival date, 1 night charged. In case of cancellation less than 72hrs prior to arrival or in case of no-show will be subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the booking revenue.
