Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht per night.
- Tax and service charge is included in all our prices.
- A 50% deposit is required for guarantee of bookings.
- Deposit can be collected via Credit Card, bank transfer.
- Daily breakfast is included.
- Please note that children age 12 and older are considered as adult. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
- Cost extra bed,1,000 baht including breakfast.
- Baby cot provided free of charge.

Cancellations
Low Season
- No cancellation charge if cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. Bank charges apply.
- If reservation is cancelled less them 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights accommodation will be charged. Bank charges apply.
- No show and early check out is charged at 100% of the total amount.
High Season
- No cancellation charge if cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. Bank charges apply.
- If reservation is cancelled less them 14 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount will be charged. Bank charges apply.
- No show and early check out is charged at 100% of the total amount.
Christmas and New Year Periods
100% deposit is required at time of reservation. In case of cancellation within 30 to 14 days of arrival 50% of the entire stay will be forfeited together with applicable government taxes. In case of cancellation within 14 days of arrival 100% of the stay will be forfeited together with applicable Government taxes. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the full payment of the booked period.
Note: for all cancellations the penalty policy will be applied according to the earliest date confirmed in the reservation (not the payment date of the deposit).
