Special offer for early bookings of 5 nights or more in any room type:
- Reservations made and confirmed more than 90 days from check-in date will receive a free Thai massage for each adult & bottle of sparkling wine in the room upon check-in.
- Reservations made and confirmed more than 180 days before check-in date will also receive 10% discount on their total room rate.

The above room rates exclude:
- Breakfast
- Extra bed or additional person 1,500 / day

Booking conditions
- Deposit of 50% of total accommodation is due to secure the reservation with balance due upon check-out. If booking is within 30 days of arrival date in Season A, the full amount is due upon confirmation.
- Minimum booking of 7 nights during Season A (Peak Season) dates
- Compulsory Christmas Day Brunch on 25 December payable upon check-out of 3000 THB net per adult and 1500 THB per child (3-12 years)
- Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner & Party on 31 December payable upon check-out of 4000 THB net per adult and 2000 THB per child (3-12 years)
Cancellation conditions
- Season C:
- For any cancellation occurring between deposit payment date and 15 days to arrival due date, deposit is refunded less 1 night’s stay. Deposit is forfeited for any cancellations less than 15 days of check-in date.
- Season B:
- For any cancellation occurring between deposit payment date and 21 days to arrival due date, deposit is refunded less 1 night’s stay. Deposit is forfeited for any cancellations less than 21 days of check-in date.
- Season A:
- Deposit and/or Full Amount is forfeited for any cancellation after payment has been made.
- No Shows: Deposit is non-refundable.
- Early Check Outs: If checking out earlier than confirmed departure date, 1 additional room night shall be charged and deposit is non-refundable.
